It is Cork’s only fully ABC audited free weekly newspaper in Cork, and also has an active presence online through its website and facebook. The Cork Independent is the leading Cork Newspaper for local advertising and counts among its clients leading brands such as Dunnes Stores, Peter Mark, Aer Lingus, and many more. Our Cork office is located at North Point Business Park, Old Mallow Road, Cork.

Due to the growth in our business, The Cork Independent now wish to recruit an Advertising Sales Executive who is interested in working with Cork’s most dynamic sales team and in making a success of their career.

The role of Advertising Sales Executive with the Cork Independent Newspaper is an exciting career prospect for an energetic, target driven and career minded, sales professional.

Develop new business as well as consolidating and developing our existing client base Meet existing and/or potential clients face to face to promote the business Sales administration Deal with internal and external requirements efficiently and effectively
