Gardaí issue appeal for missing Cobh girl

Aoife Finan, the 19 year old woman from Cobh, Co. Cork who had been reported missing has now been located safe and well in Cork. Aoife was reported to be missing since Saturday night 7 July having attended the Swedish House Mafia concert at the Phoenix Park in Dublin and had not been seen since about 11pm on that date.

Gardai would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance in this case.

Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 19 year old Aoife Finan from Cobh, Co. Cork who is missing since Saturday night 7 July.

Aoife attended the Swedish House Mafia concert at the Phoenix Park in Dublin and has not been seen since about 11pm on that date.

Aoife is described as 5'5", medium build with brown shoulder length hair. When last seen she was wearing red leggings, purple and black wellington boots, white t-shirt and a faded denim jacket.

Anyone with information about Aoife's whereabouts is asked to contact Cobh Garda Station on 021- 4908530.

Nine people were stabbed at the controversial concert with two of them seriously injured and one man died at the concert after a suspected drugs overdose while dozens of people were arrested for drunkenness and public order offences. Gardaí arrested a 23 year old man from Dublin and he is to appear in court today in relation to the stabbings.
