Chambers Bar has a stellar line up of events for Cork Gay Pride 2012 featuring a mix of live bands, DJs as well as drag and burlesque acts.

The bar is one of Cork’s most popular gay bars and has gone through some renovations including some new look frontage all to be completed in time for the Cork Gay Pride weekend.

This year Chambers wants to entertain people all through Gay Pride week with the bar open seven nights, with special drink specials every night.

It all kicks off on Sunday 29 July with a Mr Gay Cork Competition and the €5 entry fee goes towards St James HIV care.

Following on from the Steps reunion concert in Cork recently, Chambers are bringing Steptastic over from the UK. They are one of the very best Steps tribute bands in the UK.

Chambers’ line up will also have some of the best drag acts from previous years, including Fabula Di Beaumarchais. Lots more fun and activities will be happening all week.

Check www.chambers.ie for line up details. Chambers Bar and Rubys Nightclub pride float this year will be spectacular, definitely not to be missed. There will be an after party in Chambers following the parade with complimentary food, entertainment and a drinks promotion.

Chambers wish a happy pride week to all. Rubys Nightclub is also open on the Friday 3 August and Sunday 5 August with a wristband customers can move between Chambers and Rubys.
