Seeing red: Denis Cronin and Kate Lawlor, Fenns Quay Restaurant at the launch of the first ever Irish Ginger Chef Cook-Off were the chefs have to prepare a meal with only red ingredients as part of the third Annual Red Head Convention which takes places on 18 August in Crosshaven Village. The festival started as a joke in the siblings family pub and succeeded to becoming a festival of extraordinary uniqueness. Last year's festival saw 500 natural redheads descend upon the town, and organisers hope that this years festival will be even more successful.
