Cork artist opens at K-Fest

A Ballincollig artist is set to debut her work at a festival for emerging artists this weekend.

Erin Donnelly will display her work at the K-FEST in Killorglin, Kerry.

The festival showcases emerging artists both in art and in music, with pop-up galleries, workshops and live performances over the June Bank Holiday weekend. Erin will display a mixture of paintings, photography and ceramics, centered on the subject of the human body.

A student at CSN College, she recently exhibited her work as part of the college’s end-of-year exhibition ‘Cohesion’, which launched last Thursday and is open through the summer from 9am-5pm in the college.

K-FEST takes place from 31 May-2 June.
