As the pandemic goes on, the uncertainty increases so it’s very hard to maintain a brave face and sustain good mental health. That’s where MyMind comes in.
MyMind is a mental health counselling service which was founded in 2006 with a very clear mission in mind — to make mental health services accessible and affordable for everyone. MyMind has had a Centre for Mental Wellbeing in Cork since 2013 and is very much involved in the local community, working with local agencies to support those who are struggling to cope with the challenges of living in the modern world, and especially with the impact of Covid-19.
MyMind is offering free online counselling for those affected by Covid-19 has been extended to the end of March.
The service is also delivering a series of free webinars over the next number of weeks. Presented by MyMind therapists, these are designed to offer additional supports to deal with Covid-19.
The webinars are free to attend and are also available on MyMind’s YouTube channel.
