H&M first global collaboration with the iconic Indian label, Sabyasachi was announced recently. The Sabyasachi x H&M collaboration themed ‘Wanderlust’ will present rich textiles in modern as well as classic Indian silhouettes that resonate with the global nomad mindset. The collection consists of both womenswear and menswear and will be available in selected H&M stores around the world and online at hm.com from today, 12 August.
Be sure to be near your laptop on launch day as it will be online only in Ireland meaning you can pick all your favourite pieces from the comfort of your own home.
“I am happy to announce the new date for the collaboration with H&M, as it gives us the opportunity to spread the Sabyasachi aesthetic to a wider audience in India and worldwide. Due to the complexities of the Covid-19 situation, we had to put the collaboration on hold but I’m eagerly looking forward to launching this ready-to-wear collection that will bring relaxed sophistication to everyday life in an understated yet glamorous style,” said Sabyasachi.
The collection features pieces that you could wear at home or abroad and are the type of items that wouldn’t look out of place poolside or for those days where you want to lounge around your house, but you still want to look a bit glam and put together.
The prints are bold yet chic but never overwhelming. You can choose to mix one piece in with some neutrals or layer them together to create a more dramatic look.
