Fruit can be very versatile
There’s so much more to fruit that just eating it on its own.
From yummy breakfasts and healthy snacks to cool down treats, fruit can be so versatile. Green Isle has teamed up with ambassador Derval O’Rourke and put together a range of summer inspired recipes that are quick, easy and full of goodness for all the family to enjoy including the little ones.
Derval said: “As an ambassador for Green Isle, I’m really enjoying putting together recipes using the huge range of frozen fruit and veg. Summer is a busy time in our house and so getting the kids involved in helping to make some of the recipes is always lots of fun!”
