Tina missing for 6 years
This week marked 6 years since a woman went missing from her home in Grattan Street in Youghal.
Gardaí in Midelton have renewed their appeal for Tina Satchwell who has not been seen since Monday 20 March 2017.
Tina is described as 5’ 7’’, of medium build with blonde shoulder length hair and blue eyes. She was 45 when she disappeared 6 years ago.
On Monday, An Garda Síochána said they are looking to speak with any person with any information on Tina's whereabouts or who may have information relating to her movements on the day she went missing.
A spokesperson for An Garda Síochána said: “Any new information, not matter how insignificant it may seem, will be welcomed by the investigation team. This information will be treated in the strictest confidence.”

Several appeals have been issued over the years for information on Tina’s whereabouts including in 2020 when she was missing for 3 years. At that time, gardaí said the investigation had resulted in over 370 separate lines of enquiry being conducted, including liaison with colleagues internationally and engagement with Interpol.
In March 2018, gardaí began a search at Mitchel’s Wood, Bridgetown, Castlemartyr for evidence relating to Tina’s disappearance however nothing of significance was discovered.
