Chef Eddie Attwell, known for his culinary expertise, sources fresh produce daily from the hotel garden and local suppliers. Eddie's career includes time at the 2 Michelin-starred restaurant L'Enclume in Cumbria and he's made appearances on BBC's 'Great British Menu'.
