A new Cork business has reimagined how things work.

Founded by Ramona, a mother from Cork with two kids, the Dating Agency aims to do things differently.

They have set up a pay-as-you-go system so you only pay for what you avail of; they thought this was the most fair and value for money for the client.

“With the high cost of living, I think it gives every one a fair chance in finding love. So we are proud to say there are no monthly subscriptions (unless you join up to the packages), no massive down payments just quick and simple pay as you go with a €40 charge for consultations and €40 for each person per date,” Ramona explained.

Ramona said she always wanted to bring some fun and joy into Cork and build something for her kids and their future, so she started an events company which held singles’ as well as sip and paint events.

She said these initiatives were well-received, but she noticed a gap in the dating scene - Cork was missing a substantial dating agency. In March, she founded The Dating Agency, assembling a dedicated team to support this venture.

“We also have other features up coming on our website. I really feel that a personalised service, taking into a account each client’s interests and personality, will be very successful.”

Each client gets a full questionnaire that really lets her know who they are and what them want. She also keeps in touch with each client going through their journey.

“I want to create a safe professional space where I can give clients a chance to find love. I have contacted some of the fabulous business in Cork that will give my members some discounts,” she added.

The DatingAgency wish to welcome members of all ages, starting from 25 and above.
