Jobs for Leeside as firm looks to double workforce
Up to 150 new jobs are to be created in Cork as a global customer support service provider announces plans to expand its Irish operation.
ResultsCX, a leading provider of transformational CXM (customer experience management) confirmed that the new sales roles will be created within the fintech (financial technology) sector.
The firm, whose Irish division is located in Cork, expanded into Europe in August 2023 with the acquisition of Irish CXM company Zevas Communications.
The company provides customer support services, catering to banking, financial services, insurance, and fast-growth technology businesses across European markets.
Siddharth Parashar, Managing Director, UK & Europe of ResultsCX, said: “Over the past six months, we've observed remarkable growth within our Irish division located in Cork. Moving forward, our aim is to double our workforce by the summer of 2024.
“Recent acquisitions have strengthened our presence in the UK and Europe and coupled with our highly skilled and diverse international workforce in Ireland, we believe this region holds immense potential.”
ResultsCX currently employs over 28,000 people across more than 30 engagement hubs worldwide, including 10,000 home office agents. The Irish division, formerly known as Zevas Communications, is the second most recent acquisition by ResultsCX.
