Anna Geary to sign new book on Saturday

Former Cork camogie captain Anna Geary is holding a book signing for her new book in Dubray Bookstore on Saturday from 12pm.

The book is titled ‘Anna’s Game Plan’ and in it, the broadcaster, speaker and life coach draws upon her experience as an All-Ireland winning camogie captain to share the tactics and methods she used to gain the right mindset. Anna’s book contains advice on how to reduce getting overwhelmed and overcoming setbacks.

The book has stories from Anna about different experiences that she has had in both her sporting and personal life. It also contains different insights from the behavioural sciences.

Anna Geary will be in Dubray Bookstore on St Patrick’s Street this Saturday. She will be there to meet people and provide personalised book signings from 12pm.
