City based company looking to fill 200 new roles by 2025

A customer experience management company based in Cork this week announced that it hopes to fill 200 new jobs by next year.

ResultsCX has celebrated its first year in Ireland by setting an ambitious hiring target of 500 with 300 already working for the company across Ireland.

The 200 new jobs will be mostly for remote workers.

Following the acquisition of a Cork-based customer experience management company in August 2023, ResultsCX has said it has doubled its workforce and fulfilled its commitment to creating approximately 150 new sales roles in Ireland’s fintech sector.

Rajesh Subramaniam, CEO and Managing Director of ResultsCX, said: “EMEA is strategically important to ResultsCX. Having created over 3,000 jobs across the UK and Ireland, we are committed to driving rapid growth for leading multinational companies in Europe.

“We are creating a centre of excellence for our fintech services where we foster innovation and growth of our clients. By leveraging our expertise across financial services, insurance, energy, and utilities in the EMEA region, we are dedicated to enhancing customer experiences.”

ResultsCX welcomed Ireland’s EU Commissioner Designate Michael McGrath TD at its Cork City offices recently.

He said: “It’s exciting to witness a global leader like ResultsCX recognise Ireland's potential, not only for its highly qualified workforce but also for the abundant growth opportunities available. The company is already making a very important economic contribution to this region, in turn helping strengthen our local communities.”
