A legacy of love for Network Cork
An event next month will explore themes of resilience, transformation and purpose, sharing how personal loss shaped one woman’s entrepreneurial journey.
Network Ireland Cork has announced that it will host an inspirational event with ‘Ireland AM’ resident forager Feebee Foran, an acclaimed Dublin-based entrepreneur, storyteller and advocate for sustainable living. The breakfast event, set to take place on Wednesday 5 February at The Metropole Hotel promises an uplifting start to the day, with Feebee delivering her transformative keynote talk, ‘Legacy of Love: An Entrepreneurial Journey Rooted in Family, Passion and Nature.’
From leaving the corporate world to embracing a lifestyle rooted in nature, wellness and sustainability, Feebee will take the audience on a heartfelt journey of self-discovery, business success and in the pursuit of a meaningful legacy.
The event will look at how the passing of her father became a catalyst for creating ventures aligned with her core values of integrity, community and connection.
She will also give insights into her transition from a fast-paced corporate career to a slower, more intentional life focused on wellness and foraging. There will also be a mini masterclass in foraging.
The event also features a breakfast offering from Executive Chef Alex Petit of Trigon Hotels.
Alex, a passionate advocate for sustainability in hospitality, is reshaping dining experiences through local sourcing, waste reduction and eco-friendly practices.
Cathy Fitzgibbon, The Culinary Celt, President of Network Ireland Cork, said: “This event perfectly captures the spirit of what we value at Network Ireland Cork - connection, inspiration and growth. Feebee’s transformation of challenges into a meaningful legacy is truly inspiring, whilst Alex’s dedication to sustainable dining resonates deeply with our commitment to creating positive impact.”
