Brain of course plays his club hurling and football with Kanturk and had special mention of the club. “They are very understanding when it comes to us dual players and that is why we have had such a good run over the years and looking forward now to the season ahead.”
County Board Vice-Chairman Noel O’Callaghan in congratulating Brian said: “Delighted to be here today as I have a strong connection with the Kanturk area and your award is well deserved and I would also like to thank 96FM/C103 and the Rochestown Park Hotel for their continued support and promotion of these prestigious awards.”
