Looking for a better workday?
An event taking place next week in West Cork aims to show how female business owners can have a better workday.
Network Ireland West Cork is hosting what they described as “an invaluable event” for female business owners on 22 January at the Clonakilty Park Hotel, as they kick start the new year with keynote speaker Niamh Moynihan, founder of A Better Workday and host of ‘The Better Workday’ podcast.
Niamh is an expert in helping individuals and teams unlock their potential by creating space in their busy schedules. She’ll share surprisingly simple strategies to help to reclaim back time and energy, navigate the working day with greater ease and how to discover moments of joy amidst the busyness.
The inspiring event, hosted by Network Ireland West Cork and new President Anna Healy, will provide actionable insights as audiences dive into the network’s theme for 2025 which is Building Capacity.
Anna Healy, President of Network Ireland, explained: “Building capacity means growing your ability to do more, handle more, and achieve more. It’s like strengthening a muscle—you work on developing the skills, knowledge, resources, and mindset you need to reach your goals and overcome challenges. Building Capacity is all about preparing yourself and your environment to succeed, grow, and thrive.”
Ms Healy added: “Niamh will share surprisingly simple ways to make the most of your time and gain fresh perspectives and practical tools for success in 2025. Whether you’re looking to enhance your productivity, streamline your work, or simply find more balance, this session promises to deliver.”
The event is free for Network Ireland members or €25 for non-members. For more info and tickets, see networkireland.ie.
